Melaka. Besides the History.

Had the opportunity of visiting Melaka the past weekend. It was memorable. Scouting for vintage treasures and findings.

Melaka seemed the same since the last time i was there. Still very relaxed, chilled and selamba. You can actually cruise the town with no stress attached.

They still kept the buildings as it is with its his-stories with its scars and teared down look. Surprisingly there were tourists touring the state. Taking pictures at every corner and colorful decorated trishaws passing by with its bulit in speakers blasting music as it 'kring-kring' by.

On the first day, for dinner, our Melaka boy tourist took us to eat at the Portuguese Settlement. The food at this food court we went to next to the beach was excellent. We had fish, squid and kangkung. Mmmm...

When i was about to take a picture of us, the owner was so sibuk and dived in the picture too. Hmmm... So friendly. He even told us to come back there again so that he can take his guitar out and sing for us. And he gave us a sneak peak ... of his talent ... We were like, 'Ok Uncle... Thanks ah...' Shook his hands and walked away..... Hmmm...
